Dale Mineshima-Lowe teaches politics, governance, and the environment at Parami University. Her research spans democratic transitions and governance issues, and her current research examines liberal arts education, citizen activism, democratic engagement. Dale is currently a visiting lecturer at Birkbeck, University of London, an Associated Researcher with the European Democracy Institute, and Editor for the Research on Learning Technology journal, and Managing Editor for the Center of International Relations.
